You'll assist in directing and coordinating programming for a psychiatric health facility, ensuring compliance with policies and timely reporting. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct and coordinate assigned aspects of programming.
• Ensure compliance with policies and timely reporting.
• Supervise program staff with therapeutic guidance.
• Assist Clinical Director in coordinating core programs.

📋 Requirements

• Valid LCSW license.
• 2 years in healthcare setting, including 1 year in mental health.
• Knowledge of DSM-5.
• Familiarity with DMH Titles 9 and governmental regulations.
• Valid CA driver's license.

• Experience with DBT, Motivational Interviewing, WRAP.
