You'll bring institutional real estate investment expertise to an AI training project covering acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management. This role helps improve AI decision-making in real estate private equity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide institutional real estate investment expertise for AI model training
• Create examples covering acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance

📋 Requirements

• 3–8 years in institutional real estate private equity
• Associate or VP level in acquisitions or asset management
• Strong real estate financial modeling skills including DCF and waterfalls
• Experience across multiple asset classes (multifamily, office, industrial, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with debt structuring and joint venture documentation
• LP reporting experience
