You'll help top-tier law firms and in-house legal teams seamlessly adopt Harvey's AI platform, acting as a trusted advisor on how to integrate AI into daily workflows. You'll drive adoption and expansion by leading onboarding sessions and workshops, partnering with Customer Success and Sales. This role combines legal expertise with customer-facing strategy at a fast-growing category-defining company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with legal teams by understanding workflows
• Design and lead onboarding sessions and training workshops
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewal efforts
• Translate legal practice needs into actionable product feedback

📋 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification
• At least 3 years practicing law at a top-tier firm
• Executive engagement and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges
