You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5M-$10M+ portfolio in a high-impact SaaS business. You'll drive expansion and retention as part of a rebuild phase, shaping playbooks and processes from the ground up. This role offers autonomy and accountability like a business owner.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own NRR and deliver against expansion, renewal, and retention targets
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and close them
- Build and maintain a 3-4x expansion pipeline against quota
- Manage renewals, mitigate churn, and execute recovery plans
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales
- Proven track record of independently closing expansion deals
- Revenue ownership experience (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills

- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
