You'll own Net Revenue Retention for a $5M-$10M+ portfolio in a high-impact SaaS business. You'll drive expansion and retention as part of a rebuild phase, shaping playbooks and processes from the ground up. This role offers autonomy and accountability like a business owner.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own NRR and deliver against expansion, renewal, and retention targets
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and close them
  • Build and maintain a 3-4x expansion pipeline against quota
  • Manage renewals, mitigate churn, and execute recovery plans

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales
  • Proven track record of independently closing expansion deals
  • Revenue ownership experience (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
