💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational backbone of a fast-growing next-generation MSP, owning systems, processes, and people functions. You'll build and codify SOPs, run recruiting, and ensure service delivery scales with growth. This role offers the chance to turn chaos into clarity at a venture-backed technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, document, and own company-wide SOPs
• Own service delivery, billing, contracts, and time tracking operations
• Lead recruiting function and talent strategy
• Partner with Service Manager to eliminate operational friction
• Build dashboards for financial and operational health

📋 Requirements

• MSP or professional services background
• Experience running a recruiting function
• Capable of building structure from ambiguity
• Detail-oriented with strategic thinking
