You'll lead the in-store experience at a new Knix location, creating a warm and inclusive environment for customers. You'll drive team performance through real-time coaching and sales metrics, ensuring every customer finds the perfect fit. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and develop Sales Associates in real-time on the floor.
• Dominate assigned selling periods using KPIs to drive results.
• Guide customers to perfect-fitting products, including bra fittings.
• Handle difficult customer and team interactions calmly and constructively.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail environment preferred.
• Proven experience in a lead or senior role.
• Ability to use KPIs and sales insights for real-time decision-making.
• Must have work authorization in Canada and be 18+.

• Experience with bra fittings or intimate apparel.
• Background in visual merchandising.
