You'll lead critical engineering searches as a strategic recruiting partner to senior engineering leaders. You'll own end-to-end talent strategy and execution for core engineering orgs at Skydio. You'll build diverse talent pipelines for niche skill sets in autonomous flight technology.

• Operate as strategic recruiting partner to senior engineering leaders.
• Own end-to-end talent strategy for core engineering orgs.
• Build diverse talent pipelines for niche, competitive skill sets.
• Drive executive-level recruiting engagements from calibration to close.

📋 Requirements

• Expertise recruiting across Cloud, Mobile, Infrastructure, Embedded, Wireless, Camera/Optics, or Hardware Engineering (at least 2 domains).
• Track record building technical organizations at growth-stage or high-impact tech companies.
• Executive influence and advising using data and market intelligence.
• Experience mentoring recruiters and improving recruiting processes.
