💼 About This Role

You'll create high-quality game music for AAA projects at ROUND8 Studio, defining the auditory experience across orchestral and casual styles. You'll own the full music production cycle from composition to engine implementation, working with a sound director to ensure seamless alignment and musical synergy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Compose and arrange core BGM including main theme, battle, boss, exploration, and cutscenes
• Edit music for in-game events, trailers, and gameplay timing (stem splits, seamless looping, transitions)
• Collaborate with sound director to maintain musical consistency and propose creative ideas
• Design Wwise music structures (segments, states, switches, transitions) for optimized in-game performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of game/video music composition and production experience
• Experience in full-cycle development and release of AA or AAA game projects
• Proficiency in orchestration and score-based production delivering commercial-quality results
• Ability to play electric/acoustic guitar for demo production, riff creation, and recording

• Degree in composition, practical music, or audio engineering
• Experience preparing and conducting orchestral recording sessions
• Experience composing vocal tracks including topline, lyrics, and directing singers
