You'll lead 금융소비자보호 체계 설계 및 운영 for Coupang Pay, ensuring customer trust and regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate across teams to embed consumer protection into new financial services and products. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate 금융소비자보호 compliance framework
• Review and update internal regulations reflecting financial consumer protection laws
• Assess customer protection risks for new financial services and products
• Manage advertising reviews, regulatory responses, and complaint policies

📋 Requirements

• Basic understanding of 금융소비자보호법 and related regulations
• 3+ years of experience in 금융소비자보호 related advisory or practical work at law firms, financial companies, or fintech
• Ability to analyze new regulatory areas and apply them quickly
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with product and engineering teams
