You'll be the first point of contact for prospective neighbors at Flow Narjis, guiding them through the leasing process in a tech-driven environment. You'll drive leasing efforts to ensure high occupancy rates and deliver an exceptional experience. This role requires relentless drive and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage, qualify, and convert leads into signed leases
• Be available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Utilize CRMs, Excel, WhatsApp, Slack, and VOIP systems efficiently
• Capture and manage data under pressure accurately
• Provide best-in-class customer service to diverse cultures

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Candidate must be physically located in Saudi Arabia
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills
• Valid driver's license required

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leasing property is an advantage
• Background in software sales or high-touch sales role
• Experience with EJAR is a plus
