💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted technical voice, guiding customers toward clarity and alignment on the end-to-end solution. You'll partner with Account Management and Customer Success to drive renewals and product adoption. This role is based in Sydney with a hybrid working model, and you'll influence Vanta's product priorities by being the voice of the customer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Account Managers to drive renewals and expansion opportunities
• Build technical partnerships via product demonstrations and trials
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Influence product strategy by being the voice of the customer

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a Solutions Engineer
• Outstanding communication skills for presentations to all levels
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
• Project management skills in a startup environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations
• Prior B2B SaaS experience
• Openness to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency
