🎯 What You'll Do

• Build backend systems for recording, integrations, and AI agents
• Own end-to-end development of key features from architecture to support
• Design scalable services for real-time processing of sales conversations
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in modern programming languages, databases, API frameworks, and cloud platforms
• Experience working in NYC office 3+ days a week
• Strong problem-solving with first-principles mindset
