💼 About This Role

You'll create and ship highly-differentiated AI experiences that sales teams are eager to use, and craft Lightfield's AI/ML strategy with founders. You'll prototype LLM-powered experiences and drive them into robust product features while helping build a world-class AI/ML team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and ship differentiated AI experiences for sales teams
• Craft AI/ML strategy with founders and executives
• Prototype LLM-powered experiences and develop into product features
• Recruit and mentor AI/ML engineering teammates

📋 Requirements

• BS or MS degree in CS, AI, or applied math
• 5+ years building AI/ML products in NLP domains
• Strong understanding of deep learning AI/ML frameworks or cloud services
• Hands-on ML Ops experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading AI/ML product initiatives
• Publications in applied AI/ML scientific journals
• Experience with LLM ops tools (LangChain, Llama, Pinecone)
