Description

In this role, you will lead the team responsible for successful hardware launches, owning cost, resilience, and supply chain enablement. You'll partner with cross-functional teams and external manufacturers to ensure seamless ramp to mass production.

Requirements

• 10+ years in hardware sourcing, procurement, supply chain or related field
• Proven experience managing new product launches within operations
• Established people/team management skills
• Experience building long-term relationships with key customers
• Ability to plan strategy and roadmap for next 1-2 years

Responsibilities

• Lead team owning cost, resilience, and supply chain enablement for hardware launches
• Partner with Hardware Operations teams to maintain schedule and ensure successful ramp to mass production
• Build and maintain systems to drive rigor in cost, resilience, and sustainability
• Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles across the global team
• Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, high-performing team
