🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead sales strategy and execution to drive revenue growth
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Senior AE team
- Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value brand partnerships
- Explore and validate new markets and verticals for expansion
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in sales with at least 2-3 years managing a team
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Strong history of exceeding sales targets and building partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
