🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead sales strategy and execution to drive revenue growth
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Senior AE team
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value brand partnerships
  • Explore and validate new markets and verticals for expansion

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales with at least 2-3 years managing a team
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Strong history of exceeding sales targets and building partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
