You'll process accounts payable for a national nonprofit legal ministry, ensuring timely vendor and team member disbursements. Your work directly supports the organization's mission to defend religious freedom. You'll also assist with month-end close and expense reporting using Concur.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process invoices and internal payment requests for accurate coding and authorization
• Process payments via checks and electronic fund transfers
• Maintain vendor records and prepare general ledger entries
• Assist with month-end close and respond to AP inquiries
• Code domestic and international expense reports for corporate credit cards

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in accounting, accounts payable, or office administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
