Description

You will design and produce high-quality technical content such as courses, videos, and sample applications using Neo4j documentation. You'll identify gaps in the course catalog, develop new courses, and build learning paths for different graph use cases while collaborating with multiple teams.

Requirements

• A background in education or technical writing.
• Able to demonstrate experience creating video content that uses visual aids to break complex content down into easy-to-understand content.
• Ability to research and develop training materials for users of all ability levels.
• An empathy for users and their learning experience.
• A strong command of the English language (writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality technical content (courses, videos, sample applications, diagrams) using existing Neo4j Documentation.
• Identify gaps in the course catalog, develop courses to cover them, and build clear learning paths for different graph use cases.
• Provide feedback on Neo4j offerings and course catalog to improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with the distributed Developer Relations, Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and R&D teams.
• Be comfortable expressing complex subject matter clearly and simply, and working on camera.
