As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Careem, you will strategically partner with leadership to drive end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles across the Gulf region. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, optimize hiring processes, and coach hiring managers to ensure Careem remains an employer of choice. Requirements

• 4+ years of 360-degree recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth tech
• Proven experience hiring in the Gulf region, especially KSA and Jordan
• Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS
• Consultative mindset to challenge stakeholders and provide market insights
• Fluency in English and Arabic

Responsibilities

• Act as a talent consultant for senior stakeholders, leading kick-off meetings on persona requirements and market mapping
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for moderate to high-complexity roles
• Use advanced sourcing techniques to build sustainable talent pipelines in GCC and Levant markets
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve hiring velocity and quality
• Provide data-backed updates via Greenhouse operational reports
