Description

You will own a portfolio of three established B2B products (Conga Grid, Orchestrate, Collaborate) serving nearly 2,000 customers and generating $12M in ARR. This is a stewardship role focused on disciplined execution, customer success, and sustainable improvement rather than greenfield development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Ability to manage complex, multi-product portfolios with competing priorities
• Strong backlog management, sprint participation, stakeholder communication skills
• Comfortable operating in maintenance-mode product environment

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product roadmaps prioritizing stability, customer retention, and incremental improvement
• Own and groom backlogs across two scrum teams, balancing bug fixes, technical debt, and enhancements
• Serve as primary product voice for customer escalations and support-driven decisions
• Monitor product health metrics (usage, support trends, retention) and act on insights
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales on communications and enablement
