You'll design and execute performance and scalability testing for Veeam's data protection products, working with large-scale enterprise environments. Your work will directly impact the reliability of products used by over 550,000 customers worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute performance, load, and scalability tests
• Build and maintain enterprise-grade test environments
• Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with developers
• Own and evolve performance test labs

📋 Requirements

• Technical education or strong hands-on passion for systems
• 1–2 years of performance/load testing experience
• Solid Windows/Linux administration skills
• Understanding of system internals (CPU, memory, storage, networking)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
• Scripting or automation experience
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms or cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
