You'll own delivery of backend systems at the intersection of identity, security, and AI-powered applications. Your work will define how developers authenticate and authorize AI agents, shaping foundational capabilities for agentic workflows. This is an early-stage, high-ownership role in a rapidly evolving space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement backend systems, APIs, and services for AI agent authorization.
• Build integrations for secure credential acquisition and usage in agent workflows.
• Contribute to system design and communicate technical tradeoffs clearly.
• Instrument production systems for observability and fast incident response.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and shipping production-grade backend systems at scale.
• Strong foundation in backend languages like Node.js/TypeScript, Go, or Python.
• Experience building in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving problems.
• A security-conscious mindset with understanding of credential handling and trust.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with identity protocols like OAuth 2.0, OIDC, or token-based access control.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools (e.g., MCP).
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure.
