You'll lead warehouse operations for a tech-driven logistics platform powering 500+ brands, ensuring top-notch merchant experience through strict SLAs and continuous process improvements. You'll drive KPIs, manage a direct team, and oversee transformation initiatives at our Évreux facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive KPIs and ensure compliance with operational guidelines and SLAs
• Identify systemic issues and recommend process improvements
• Serve as onsite escalation point for internal and external stakeholders
• Track costs and manage warehouse transformation initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in e-commerce warehouse operations
• Fluency in French & English
• Excel proficiency and data-driven decision-making
• Valid driver's license and daily onsite engagement

• SQL knowledge
• Certifications in logistics or supply chain management
• Knowledge of 5S
