🎯 What You'll Do

• Engineer automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver and SoD frameworks
• Design and scale identity federation with SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect
• Lead identity integration strategy for mergers and acquisitions
• Configure RBAC policies, IGA platforms, and access flows

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record designing and scaling IAM programs in complex environments
• Deep hands-on experience with SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, SCIM
• Expertise in RBAC/ABAC models and enterprise identity platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta)
• Pragmatic operator mindset balancing security and business velocity
