💼 About This Role

You'll solve important problems using critical thinking and analytic skills at GLS, a data-driven auto finance company. As an Analyst, you'll rotate through assignments in credit risk, pricing, or partnership teams, driving data-informed business improvements. You'll leverage multiple data sources to optimize profit and volume through analytical projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze application processing and automated underwriting cycles
• Develop and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decisions
• Conduct competitive analysis and pricing simulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new applications quickly
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python preferred
