You'll run bakery operations at a high-volume location, leading a team to ensure quality, cleanliness, and guest experience. This role develops you for Bakery Operations Manager (BOM) by blending hands-on execution with team leadership and administrative ownership. You'll gain leadership pipeline skills for restaurant or retail management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory rotation, scheduling, and administrative checklists
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and training new staff
• Deliver coaching and real-time performance feedback
• Manage bakery operations independently in BOM's absence

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
