You'll serve as a trusted adviser on commercial and product legal matters at a high-growth fintech company. You'll draft and negotiate complex agreements while advising on product development for identity risk solutions used by over 800 financial institutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and data processing agreements
• Provide product development advice on privacy, AI, and IP matters
• Build strong partnerships across business and legal teams
• Advise leadership on key risk considerations

📋 Requirements

• JD and U.S. state bar membership
• 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Experience drafting commercial provisions for software licensing and technology
• Background advising clients in SaaS, technology, or financial services
