You'll maintain and enhance the appearance of a senior living community through high-quality painting and finishing work. Your craftsmanship directly impacts resident satisfaction and community pride. You'll join a mission-driven not-for-profit that invests in its people.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, caulking, priming, minor repairs)
• Perform interior and exterior painting, staining, and finishing work
• Complete drywall repairs, patching, sanding, and surface preparation
• Maintain common areas with routine painting, touch-ups, and repairs

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of painting or general maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with interior/exterior painting, drywall repair, and surface preparation
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between assigned communities
