You'll support a fast-paced finance operation by processing invoices and payments accurately across multiple locations and vendors. Your work ensures timely and compliant financial controls while developing transferable AP skills in an automated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and compile payment requests with invoices
• Process manual bank payments 2-3 times per week
• Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end
• Create and maintain vendor profiles

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Accounts payable experience in an automated environment
• Excel proficiency for data entry and reporting
• Understanding of financial controls

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite or Coupa
• Multi-currency transaction experience
• Epicor AP system experience
