You will partner with business units across Europe as a strategic HR advisor, driving people strategies that accelerate growth and strengthen culture. This role blends strategy and execution in a fast-moving, highly technical environment, working closely with Global Regional People Partners and specialized Centers of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional People Lead and BU/SU leaders across Europe to drive people strategies aligned with business priorities
• Provide guidance and advisory support to managers on workforce planning, organizational design, team effectiveness, and people-related decision-making
• Serve as strategic HR advisor to an ExCo member, driving initiatives that accelerate business growth, elevate leadership, build talent pipelines
• Collaborate with Global Regional People Partners and People Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
• Support leaders and employees in the Netherlands, Ireland, Israel, Germany, and France
