Description

As a Product Designer on the Maternity team at Maven, you will own end-to-end design of member-facing journeys using AI as a core tool, building high-fidelity prototypes with AI-assisted coding and designing adaptive UX that anticipates member needs.

Requirements

• AI fluency: daily use of AI tools with strong prompting skills
• Ability to turn ideas into working prototypes using AI-assisted coding
• Technical depth: shipped code to production, understanding design-to-backend mapping
• Strong product design craft with attention to edge cases and micro-interactions
• Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web

Responsibilities

• Design key maternity journeys and features end-to-end using AI to compress timelines
• Build functional, high-fidelity prototypes with AI-assisted coding tools
• Design agentic, adaptive UX where AI anticipates member needs
• Define how the system handles uncertainty, manages AI fallbacks, and maintains trust
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Data to scope MVPs and ship features
