🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and analyze real estate and project finance models from scratch
• Develop pro formas including revenue, costs, and timelines
• Model cash flows, IRR, equity returns, and investment performance
• Structure capital stacks and analyze equity waterfalls

📋 Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in real estate or project finance
• Proven ability to build real estate or project finance models from scratch
• Strong understanding of pro forma modeling, IRR, NPV, and capital stack structures
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with U.S. GAAP
• Background in real estate private equity or development
