You'll join the Modernization Engineering team at MongoDB, empowering customers to migrate applications and data to the MongoDB platform. Your work will directly impact cloud transformation for enterprise clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design migration architecture for customer applications
• Develop automated migration tools and scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on best practices
• Troubleshoot complex migration issues in production

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Go)
• Experience with database migrations or data-intensive applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Certification in cloud architecture
