You'll drive retention and growth for restaurant and grocery clients as a strategic partner on the Growth team. You'll use data insights to help customers maximize platform value and identify upsell opportunities. This hybrid role offers flexibility and impact at a fast-growing SaaS unicorn.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and execute client retention goals demonstrating product value.
  • Monitor client milestones for software implementation and feature adoption.
  • Identify upsell opportunities by understanding unique client needs.
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with key stakeholders.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven proficiency with Planhat (CSP), HubSpot (CRM), Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Strong technical aptitude to quickly grasp new software applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills for phone, email, and video interactions.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Fluency in French is highly beneficial.
  • Prior experience with POS systems, hospitality, or food-tech.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in SaaS sales.
