You'll drive retention and growth for restaurant and grocery clients as a strategic partner on the Growth team. You'll use data insights to help customers maximize platform value and identify upsell opportunities. This hybrid role offers flexibility and impact at a fast-growing SaaS unicorn.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and execute client retention goals demonstrating product value.
- Monitor client milestones for software implementation and feature adoption.
- Identify upsell opportunities by understanding unique client needs.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with key stakeholders.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven proficiency with Planhat (CSP), HubSpot (CRM), Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Strong technical aptitude to quickly grasp new software applications.
- Exceptional communication skills for phone, email, and video interactions.
โจ Nice to Have
- Fluency in French is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience with POS systems, hospitality, or food-tech.
- Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in SaaS sales.
