🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, train, and develop team members through coaching and mentorship.
• Ensure exceptional guest hospitality and coffee experiences.
• Manage daily operations, including ordering, scheduling, and payroll.
• Lead cafe to achieve financial and operational goals.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail/hospitality experience, preferably coffee/food/beverage.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 10+ people.
• Completed Barista training or ability to complete within 90 days.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

• Experience with profit and loss statements.
