You'll own the long-term partnership with Jobber's largest customers, driving retention and payment processing growth. You'll act as a trusted business advisor, helping clients maximize their ROI. This is a proven new department with a massive revenue opportunity.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of ~300 high-value accounts to prevent churn and drive growth.
  • Drive GPV growth by identifying opportunities for clients to process more payments.
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Account management or customer success experience in B2B software.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets by over 100%.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Fintech experience preferred.
  • Experience with Jobber's products and services.
  • Experience working in the home services industry.
