You'll build strong client relationships and complete loan servicing tasks as part of a hybrid team supporting agriculture finance. Your work ensures accurate monetary accounting, lien perfection, and a positive experience for rural clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries and issues
• Perform monetary accounting activities and portfolio servicing
• Coordinate office operations and events for positive environment
• Conduct file reviews to ensure lien position and documentation accuracy

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of client service experience in a financial institution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn new systems including loan origination software

• Knowledge of farming operations and agriculture
• Basic accounting principles and procedures
