You'll work on production AI agent systems for companies using the LangChain suite, co-architecting and building agents alongside customer engineering teams. Your impact will shape how AI agents are deployed at scale, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, with fast feedback and visible results.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-architect and build production AI agents with customers
• Own technical wins in pre-sales via POCs and evaluations
• Advise customers on architecture and best practices
• Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a software engineering, customer engineering, or solutions engineering role
• Strong Python, JavaScript, and systems fundamentals
• Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls
• Comfortable working directly with customers during POCs and technical evaluations

✨ Nice to Have

• Deployed AI agents in production using LangChain or LangGraph
• Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containers
