Description

You will manage the entire employee lifecycle for 800+ global colleagues, handling operations, employee support, and compliance with Romanian labor law. You'll have autonomy to solve complex HR puzzles and lead process improvements, working mostly remotely with 1-2 days per week in Bucharest.

Requirements

• Hands-on People Ops experience at mid/senior level
• Expertise in Romanian labor law and immigration
• Ability to independently solve complex HR puzzles
• Strong communication and employee support skills
• Experience with HR automation and AI tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including contracts, employee data, documentation, and onboarding/offboarding
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee queries and support managers on HR topics
• Ensure compliance with Romanian labor law and internal policies
• Resolve complex cases such as immigration or cross-functional escalations
• Lead process improvement projects and optimize workflows
