💼 About This Role

You'll serve as in-house legal counsel supporting D.A. Davidson's capital markets businesses, with primary responsibility for the Fixed Income Capital Markets unit including municipal bonds and taxable products. You'll advise on complex legal and regulatory matters, draft and negotiate transactional agreements, and assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal advice on capital markets activities
• Draft and negotiate underwriting and advisory agreements
• Advise on complex regulatory and transactional matters
• Respond to subpoenas and regulatory inquiries

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and active law license
• Significant experience advising broker-dealers and municipal advisors
• Knowledge of federal and state securities laws
• Experience drafting transaction documentation
