💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate daily tasks with the Foreman and lead crews of 2-4 technicians on 500k+ sq. ft. distribution center installations. Your core impact is ensuring Cat6 and fiber termination quality while remaining hands-on. This role offers steady overtime and company-paid benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and support crews of 2-4 technicians on daily tasks
• Perform Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber (single-mode & multi-mode) installations
• Oversee paging, wireless/AP cabling, CCTV, and access control cabling
• Operate boom and scissor lifts (40+ ft work)

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of low-voltage or data cabling experience
• Proven Lead Technician or Crew Lead experience
• Strong Cat6 and fiber termination and testing skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and work 50-60 hour weeks
