🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard and service petrol and gas station merchants
• Manage and motivate a team of 5+ sales representatives
• Drive merchant acquisition through QR and POS products
• Analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive growth

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Channel Sales & Distribution
• Proven experience in team management
• Must own a smartphone, bike, and helmet
• Proficiency in Excel and other sales data tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Post Graduation preferred
• Familiarity with distribution and channel expansion
• Track record of helping teams achieve high incentive earnings
