You'll support Transportation Services, Transit, Fleet, and Cards Management Programs for a woman-owned consulting firm. You'll analyze business processes to diagnose financial, operational, and technological risks and recommend improvements. This hybrid role offers the chance to work with GSA SmartPay and CitiManager systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze fleet policy, invoicing, and customer engagement processes.
• Generate reports on credit card/transit program trends and behaviors.
• Reconcile credit card charges against invoices and manage collections.
• Develop senior-level dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Provide in-depth analysis for Transportation Services and Cards Programs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in government Fleet management focusing on policy and invoicing.
• 5+ years in financial services or commercial card program role.
• 3 years experience with credit card systems and reconciliation.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and dashboards.

• GSA SmartPay2 knowledge.
• CitiManager system experience.
• Process mapping experience with Visio.
