You'll lead end-to-end capture management for large federal deals ($100M+) at Accenture Federal Services, driving win strategy from qualification through award. You'll orchestrate cross-functional teams to shape procurements and outperform competitors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead capture efforts from gate review through proposal submission and award
• Drive pace of capture activities ensuring rapid decision-making and resource allocation
• Coordinate Business Development, Solutions Architects, Pricing, Contracts, and Proposal teams
• Develop win strategies, pricing, and competitive analysis to defeat competition

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years equivalent industry experience
• Experience in US Federal government consulting and contracting
• Experience leading formal sales or capture efforts

• 10+ years of industry experience
• Secret clearance or higher
• Very strong analytical and writing skills
