You'll define the vision for people data-driven HR and business decisions in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You'll design AI-powered tools and predictive models to shape workforce planning and employee experience. This role combines technical depth with strategic leadership to turn ambiguity into structured impact.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and lead the people analytics and innovation strategy aligned with HR and business priorities.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools and analytics applications using Python, SQL, and ML/LLM technologies.
- Build predictive models for workforce planning, retention, and engagement.
- Create executive-level dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in people analytics, workforce analytics, or HR data science.
- 3+ years leading or managing analytics teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL with statistical modeling.
- Proven experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday HRIS and BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, etc.).
- Background in qualitative survey program design and analysis.
