Description

You will build, lead, and scale a global partner ecosystem, turning partners into a primary growth engine. Define the channel strategy, enable technical and go-to-market success, and align with cross-functional teams to deliver Redpanda Agentic Data Plane solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in channel, alliances, or partner leadership at high-growth infrastructure/data/platform companies
• Proven success building global partner ecosystems driving significant revenue impact
• Strong understanding of data streaming, cloud platforms, distributed systems, or adjacent technologies
• Experience with GSIs, cloud marketplaces, and ISV ecosystems
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global channel strategy aligned with growth targets and product roadmap
• Build multi-tier partner ecosystem including cloud providers, GSIs, ISVs, MSPs, and AI partners
• Ensure partners understand Redpanda's Agentic Data Plane and develop use cases and reference architectures
• Drive revenue through co-sell motions, joint pipeline development, and marketplace strategies
• Build partner onboarding, training, certification, and technical enablement programs
