Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management or related field
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure to complex programs
- Experience with member growth or engagement initiatives preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams
- Define and track success metrics tied to member growth and program impact
- Create and manage comprehensive program plans with measurable impact and on-time delivery
- Translate complex program data into clear, actionable updates for senior stakeholders
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; facilitate resolution and tradeoff decisions
