💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary UK HR presence and drive full-cycle recruiting, balancing operational excellence with relationship-building. You'll strengthen engagement, rebuild trust, and elevate both hiring and employee experience across the Solihill office. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll influence people at all levels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as the trusted first point of contact for UK employees and managers on people matters
• Lead employee relations cases including performance, conduct, and grievance
• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, sales, and marketing
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years combined HR generalist and/or recruiting experience
• Strong, practical knowledge of UK employment law
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting with hiring manager partnership
• Comfort operating as a solo HR presence in-country

✨ Nice to Have

• CIPD Level 5 or above
• Experience in a high-growth or PE-backed SaaS environment
• Experience supporting distributed or international teams
