You'll manage daily operations at our FINN Station in Cologne, ensuring a seamless customer experience for auto subscriptions. You'll work closely with Operations and Customer Experience teams to drive operational excellence and create unique customer interactions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure smooth vehicle handovers and returns.
• Coordinate vehicle dispatch and logistics.
• Own parts of daily station operations.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in customer-facing roles.
• Class B driver's license (passenger car).
• Fluent German (C2) and good English.
• Strong communication and service orientation.
