You'll join a national HVAC investment holding company and handle month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvements. You'll directly support the Controller in strengthening internal controls and ensuring GAAP compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support month-end close and year-end process
• Prepare financial statements and budget analysis
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with audits and special projects

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of general accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and automated accounting systems
• Understanding of GAAP

• Experience with MS Great Plains
