You'll ensure the safety of students, staff, and school communities across multiple Lansing schools on a substitute basis. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders and act decisively in crises. This role requires quick decision-making and effective communication in tense situations.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma
• Valid Michigan driver's license
• Clean felony and misdemeanor conviction record

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field
• MCOLES certification
• Previous law enforcement or security experience
